USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND YOUR LIABILITY

User generated content is uploaded directly by users; it is not selected, edited, verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.

APPLICABLE LAW

Where our site is accessed by you from England or Wales or from outside the United Kingdom, your agreement with us under these Website User Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Where our site is accessed by you from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland as the case may be.
